Overview

Learning English is becoming more and more important in this global society.  There are many ways to learn English, including enrolling in traditional classes, studying on your own, living abroad, or working with a tutor. While all of these methods are effective, I have found that students learn most quickly with a combination of one-on-one tutoring along with individual study.

 

Quality one-on-one tutoring can be difficult to find.  

First, you need to locate a native English speaker in your area.  Without a native English-speaking tutor, many students end up learning bad pronunciation and grammar habits. 

The next step is to find a tutor who is experienced in the practice of teaching students a language.  A good tutor has a wide range of teaching styles and practices that meet the needs of every student. 

Finally, English is not the most difficult language in the world, but it has many intricacies and exceptions that make it challenging to learners. A quality tutor has mastered the language completely.

 

In the Skype tutoring environment, all major English language skills can be developed and perfected, from reading and comprehension skills to speaking and listening skills. 

I work individually with one student at a time, which means whenever a question or confusion occurs, the student can immediately stop and ask me to explain further. 

We can also work closely on your pronunciation so that you can improve the way others understand your English.
